Today I'll be showing you a cool way to use the motion blur tool with photoshop cs4. I'll be using that images you see up there, which i got from http://ashley-greene.com/photos/.
Step 1: The first thing you need to do is open photoshop and open the image that you're going to use. Press Ctrl+J to duplicate the background image. Then go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur.
Step 2: Set the Angle to '0' and the Distance at 30 pixels (like this). If you'd like, you can set it at a different angle and set the distance further apart. Your image should look something like this.
Step 3: Next, change the opacity of the first image to 45% and then take your eraser brush tool and erase the face and some of the body (You'll need to change brush sizes several different times). Try not to erase all of the body, just parts of it. (The red area in the image below)

Step 4: After thats all said and done set the opacity back to 100% and erase certain areas you've felt you've missed and then you're all done! What do you think?
